About Eulich Family Office
The Eulich Family Office, operating in Dallas, United States under the Belmont Group of Companies, manages the wealth of the family of John F. Eulich. Eulich got his start in the women's clothing business out of college but switched over to real estate in 1959 and became a prolific developer, also launching more than 20 companies. By the 1980s, Eulich was one of the biggest industrial and office builders in the country — on par with Trammell Crow as the CEO of one of North Texas' top commercial property companies, through his Vantage Companies. In 1992, having survived the real estate recession, Eulich started an investment company, The Belmont Group, assembling tenured professionals to help the family diversify their investments. The office traces its roots to 1959 and invests across real estate, equities, and alternatives. Estimated third-party assets are around $300M. Following Eulich's death in 2016, the office continues under family and executive leadership.
