About Three Sisters Institutional Office
Three Sisters Institutional Office (TTS:IO) is the single family office of the Kapoor family of New Delhi, whose wealth traces to Rana Kapoor, co-founder, managing director and CEO of Yes Bank, the Indian private sector bank he co-founded in 2003. The office is run by his three daughters — Rakhee Kapoor Tandon, Radha Kapoor Khanna, and Roshini Kapoor. Radha Kapoor Khanna, the eldest, founded it in 2013 to invest in and incubate businesses across a range of fields from education and sports to media-entertainment and retail, with additional exposure to tourism and logistics. The office has also backed early-stage companies, deploying capital into a number of start-ups. Its assets are estimated by third parties at roughly $100 million. In 2019 the family office worked with Nomura Holdings on a potential sale of a stake in its mortgage finance company amid a tightening Indian credit market.
