Rosemore, Inc. is the Baltimore-based holding company of the Rosenberg family, founded in 1931. Rosemore is the privately held parent company of Crown, run by Henry A. Rosenberg Jr. and his brother Edward "Ned" Rosenberg. The family's wealth traces to oil refining and marketing through Crown Central Petroleum, the Baltimore refiner it controlled for nearly seven decades.
