About Pfc Family Office
PFC Family Office is the Milan-based single family office of a branch of Italy's Marzotto family, whose wealth originates in a wool weaving mill established by Luigi Marzotto in Valdagno in 1836, later built into the renowned textile company Gaetano Marzotto & Sons, followed by a move into fashion. Paolo Marzotto, his wife and daughters exited the Marzotto Group to create PFC; in 2012 Valentino was sold and PFC remained a relevant shareholder in Hugo Boss. In 2016 PFC became a family office based in Milan. Managing an estimated $500M (a third-party figure), the office pursues impact investing. It invests in listed equities, green and transition bonds, private equity funds, and direct co-investments with sustainability and impact focuses. Governance follows a Family Constitution, and the family maintains the Fondazione Marzotto, formalised in 1959 and still operating today.
