Hambleden Capital

Hambleden Capital is a London-based single family office founded in 2019 to manage the affairs of the Sarikhani family, whose members sit at the heart of the firm. A long-time friend of the family, John Dennis co-founded the office and, as Managing Partner, runs it alongside Nima Sarikhani. The family's wealth traces to financial-services entrepreneurship: chairman Ali Sarikhani founded several businesses including Chiltern Group plc, Kinetic Partners LLP and the ZEDRA Group, and chairs Hambleden Capital, established to manage the Sarikhani family's business activities. The firm makes direct investments across a broad range of asset categories, spanning venture capital, private equity, real estate, financial services and impact investing. A third-party estimate puts assets under management at roughly $300 million; the portfolio has produced two unicorns and includes companies such as Tide, Headspace and Trade Ledger.
