Cennini Holding

Cennini Holding is the single family office of the Claeys family, based in Roeselare, Belgium, and established in 2002. The family's roots trace to the late 1890s, when Leon Claeys began producing bicycles and later moved into the distribution and manufacture of agricultural machinery, a lineage the fourth generation continues today. The family's fortune later drew on media and private-equity gains, including its long stake in Roularta; Leo Claeys was active for years alongside his brother-in-law Rik De Nolf in the family media group before being largely bought out in 2018. Today the office, led by the fourth generation, focuses on private equity and real estate, with specific expertise in private debt, and partners with entrepreneurs across production, tourism, ICT and e-commerce. Assets are put at roughly $100M on a third-party estimate; the family recently raised Cennini's capital by €50 million to €71 million, and among its holdings is the West Wing office tower in Roeselare.
