Aspida Capital is the London-based single family office of the Yerolemou family, managing the family's UK property investments. <cite index="66-0,66-1">The wealth traces to Tony Yerolemou, born in Cyprus, who moved to the UK in 1960 and joined the family business supplying Cypriot food to shopkeepers; he established the "Cypressa" brand and began supplying UK supermarkets.</cite> <cite index="66-1">He also opened restaurants and food-manufacturing businesses supplying ready meals to UK supermarkets, and the manufacturing business was sold in 2000 to an Icelandic group for £110 million.</cite> <cite index="70-0,70-1">The office focuses on UK real estate, primarily as a single-family office but also working with other family offices and fund managers seeking exposure across office, retail and mixed-use assets.</cite> In 2024 it acquired a retail property on London's Oxford Street for £18.5 million in partnership with another family office.
