Marwar Capital

Marwar Capital is the Mumbai-based single family office of the Bengani family, established in 2018 to manage principal investments while also advising select external managers. The capital originates from the Bengani Group, a family conglomerate with more than a century of operating history whose businesses include construction and agro-commodities. Ankit Bengani serves as principal and director; he brings prior investment experience as Senior Vice President at Samena Capital and Head of International Business at Motilal Oswal Financial Services. The office invests across public and private alternatives, allocating to private equity, private credit, real estate, hedge funds, infrastructure, natural resources and secondaries, executing through direct co-investments, SPVs and fund commitments, with activity spanning Asia and North America. Assets are put at roughly $100M by third-party estimate. Philanthropic activity occurs through the VeCare Foundation.
