Acrecion Family Office

Acrecion is the single-family office of the Burillo family, based in Miami. It is a privately held family office founded by the Burillo family for the preservation and growth of capital, with strategic, diversified holdings worldwide. The family's wealth traces to telecommunications: Eduardo (Edward) Burillo co-founded Mexico's first multi-service telecommunications operator, scaling it into the nation's third-largest provider before its 2007 divestiture. Investing runs through Accretion Capital, founded by Burillo in 2013, its acquisition and investment arm. Holdings span telecommunications, venture capital and technology, financial industries, private equity, real estate and other macro asset classes, with early-stage funding for high-growth startups. Assets are estimated by a third party at about $500M. The family is also active in philanthropy across education, science, and arts and culture, and Burillo is a patron of the arts, education, and community service, and sits on the board of the ICA Museum in Miami.
